Access to these instruments is irrevocably restricted exclusively to our internal Legal Department. Please be advised that we are currently enforcing a restricted intake protocol for Licensed Intermediaries. Registration and subsequent transactional facilitation are strictly contingent upon the completion of a preliminary, formalized consultation with one of our five Executive Directors, whose profiles are documented on this site.

You may not proceed with autonomous registration until executive authorization has been explicitly granted and systematically recorded.

Phase I: Initial Credential Submission

Principal Registration Disclosures

Due Diligence & Submission Authorization

By executing the submission of this portal, the registering party acknowledges and legally consents to the following operational workflow:

All submitted Client Information Sheets (CIS) and accompanying Letters of Intent (LOI) will be immediately securely remanded to Mr. Ben Skinner for comprehensive Due Diligence and compliance verification. Following the successful completion of this review, and pursuant to the explicit request and mandate of the Buyer, these instruments will be officially submitted for formalized approval to our vetted and qualified legal signatory principal supplier, or transmitted directly to the verified selling title holder.

Addendum A: Privacy & Document Handling Policy +

1.0 Strict Data Segregation & Exclusive Legal Access

It is the foundational doctrine of this institution that all submitted corporate documentation—expressly including Client Information Sheets (CIS), Letters of Intent (LOI), and Proof of Funds (POF)—is subject to immediate cryptographic sequestration upon upload. Access to these evidentiary instruments is strictly and exclusively granted to our internal Legal Department. No commercial agent, broker, or unauthorized executive personnel shall be permitted access to this unredacted data, ensuring insulation from internal or external dissemination.

2.0 ICC Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure (NCND) Fidelity

All data transmitted through this portal is automatically bound by the prevailing regulatory frameworks of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), specifically the strictures governing Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure. By submitting documentation, the registering entity acknowledges that our legal department acts as a secure repository and compliance fiduciary, legally prohibited from circumventing the submitting party in any subsequent transaction.

3.0 Due Diligence & Sure Diligence Protocol

Data is utilized solely for the purpose of rigorous “Sure Diligence” and statutory compliance verification. Upon the successful completion of this internal audit, and strictly governed by the explicit mandate of the Buyer, the sanitized and legally cleared instruments will be transmitted solely to the verified legal signatory principal supplier or the authenticated title holder.

4.0 Data Retention & Cryptographic Expungement

In the event that a transaction is aborted, rejected by our compliance department, or fails to mature, all sensitive corporate data (CIS, LOI, POF) will be subject to secure, irrecoverable expungement from our active servers within a legally mandated timeframe, preserving the anonymity and operational security of the applying principal.

Addendum B: Intermediary Executive Consultation Protocol +

For Licensed Intermediaries, the autonomous registration pathway is disabled. The following multi-tier protocol must be implemented to manage their intake securely and professionally.

Phase I: Initial Credential Submission

Instead of a direct registration number, the intermediary is prompted to submit a preliminary “Request for Executive Consultation” including: Full Legal Name, Registered Brokerage / Corporate Entity, Jurisdiction of Licensing / Operation, Corporate Email Address, and a brief non-confidential summary of the proposed transaction or allocation interest.

Phase II: Internal Vetting & Executive Allocation

Upon submission, the preliminary request bypasses the standard legal review and is directed to an internal administrative queue. The system or administrative team verifies the basic corporate standing of the intermediary. The intermediary is then systematically allocated to one of the five Executive Directors based on jurisdictional alignment or asset class expertise.

Phase III: The Formal Invitation

The intermediary receives a formal correspondence explicitly stating that their preliminary request has been received and they have been selected for an executive review. A secure scheduling link is provided, offering limited, predefined consultation windows with the assigned Executive Director.

Phase IV: Consultation & Authorization

A brief, highly structured virtual meeting is conducted to assess the intermediary’s direct access to the principal, their adherence to ICC protocols, and their operational legitimacy. If approved by the Executive Director post-consultation, the intermediary’s email address is whitelisted in the portal’s backend. An automated cryptographic link is then generated and sent, allowing them to bypass the restriction, submit the required CIS on behalf of their principal, and generate their Unique Registration Number.
